"Direct Aligner" is applicable for  Crowding, Spacing, Deepbite/Openbite/Crossbite. During consulting, you can be guided on these indication. 

It depens on each case. In case that there is no space for movement of teech,  tooth extraction or interdental removal might be required. 

Attachment is a small tooth-colored shape that attaches to the teeth, and is attached at the beginning or during treatment in case that it can help the  treatment. It is not for all orthodontic patients . If necessary, it can be removed  when they are no longer needed.
