  1. Treatment Inquiry

    Q

How can I do if my gums are swollen or inflamed?

    A

Direct Aligner has been certified as medical grade 2 by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety and is harmless to the human body. However, depending on the individual's health condition and reaction, severe swelling or inflammation of the gums may occur. In this case, contact the dentist immediately.

  2. Treatment Inquiry

    Q

I can see some empty spacce between teeth and Direct Aligner.

    A

For the first time of aligner, it is natural that there is an empty space for the teeth. This space is for movement of teeth.  If the posterior teeth do not fit well, it may occur when intrusion of the anterior is required. However, it is also natural and will be resolved as treatment progresses.

  3. Treatment Inquiry

    Q

I feel some pain while I am wearing alinger. Is it okay?

You may feel some pain when you put on the device for the first time. This is natural because force is applied to the teeth to move. Pain is reduced as the treatment is progressed. If the pain is severe or persists after 3 to 4 days, please contact your dentist.
